This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it in the My Kindergarten ("আমার কিন্ডারগার্টেন") app and web panel.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info.mykindergartenbd@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number registered to your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your institution (kindergarten) name.
- Your registered name and phone number.
- Your role (administrator, teacher, or guardian).
We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, phone number, email, photo).
- Login credentials associated with your account.
- Personal records linked to your account.
What May Be Retained
Because this is a school-management service, certain institutional records (for example, historical attendance or academic records owned by the institution) may be retained by the institution that owns the account, and information we are required to keep by law. If you are an institution administrator deleting the entire institution account, all associated student, teacher, and guardian data is removed or anonymized.
