আমার কিন্ডারগার্টেন ("My Kindergarten", "we", "our", or "us") operates the My Kindergarten mobile application and web panel (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to run a school management service for kindergartens and pre-primary institutions:
- Account & institution data: institution name, address, contact details, and administrator name, phone number, and email used to register and verify the account.
- User profiles: for teachers, guardians, and students — names, phone numbers, class/section, roll number, relationship (e.g. parent/guardian), and optional profile photos.
- Operational data you enter: attendance records, homework, class routines, notices, messages, leave applications, syllabus, and reports.
- Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, and a push notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) used only to deliver notifications.
- Login credentials: a phone number and a PIN for app sign-in; email and password for web administrators. PINs and passwords are stored in a secured, hashed form.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the Service — authentication, attendance, homework, messaging, notices, and reporting.
- To send relevant notifications (e.g. attendance, notices, messages) to the correct users.
- To verify institution accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Children's Data
The Service is designed for use by adults — school administrators, teachers, and guardians. Information about children (students) is entered and managed by the institution and the child's guardians for the sole purpose of school administration. The app is not directed to or intended for independent use by children, and children do not create their own accounts. Guardians and institutions are responsible for the accuracy of student information they provide.
4. How Information Is Shared
Information is visible only within the institution that owns the account, according to role: administrators, the relevant teachers, and the linked guardians of a student. We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Google Firebase — for push notifications and administrator authentication.
- Hosting & email providers — to store data securely and send verification/notice emails.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users and the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as the institution's account is active. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your Rights & Account Deletion

8. Changes to This Policy
